Our Lady of La Salette School (OLLS) was a school in Berkley, Michigan, located on the corner of Coolige Hwy. and Oxford Rd., that operated from 1950-2013. The school is located next to Our Lady of La Salette Roman Catholic Church. ==Notable events== In the 2007-08 school year, Our Lady of La Salette garnered national attention when it offered a money-back guarantee to First Grade parents if their students did not read at a Second Grade level at the end of the year. In March 2009, the 6th Grade class became only the second Michigan school to attend (Expedition: Yellowstone! ). In 2008, the school donated one million pull tabs to Ronald McDonald House of Mid Michigan in Lansing, Michigan. The school was the first school to reach the One Million Tab Challenge. The million tabs weighed 768 lbs and generated $575 for Ronald McDonald House Charities.
